Editorial Policy
This policy explains how Flowyric distinguishes flower information from service rules, and its principles for checking sources, recording changes, and using AI assistance.
We distinguish service standards from external facts
Flowyric’s color names, Main, Filler, and Green roles, recommended combinations, and stem-count guidelines are its own classifications and product rules for choosing flowers and using the service. We do not describe them as standards shared by every florist or culture.
We treat verifiable information, such as a plant’s form, distribution, and flowering, and the culture and history associated with flowers as external facts. For articles actually compared against external materials, we record the sources and dates checked in each document’s editorial record, and we do not add unverified stories as though they were facts.
We keep a record of changes
When an edit changes the meaning of the text, we record an updated date and document version. When the Korean original changes, we separately compare each translation to check whether it reflects the same source version.
Documents that have not yet completed source comparison or accountable review remain in the Needs review state, and we do not indicate that every page has completed the same level of review.
AI assists with writing and checks
We use AI for drafting and translation, checking that code and wording agree, and internal checks that open materials and compare them with the text. As evidence for external facts, we record only materials that were actually opened and whose contents were checked; candidate links that were not opened and search summaries are not listed as sources. We do not mark a document as reviewed on the basis of an internal AI check alone, and we do not identify AI as a human reviewer or an editor with professional qualifications.
Rules defined in code handle bouquet placement and recommendation decisions. AI may create the finished image and the message, and neither is treated as evidence for botanical facts.
Tell us about errors
If you find an error in flower information, a translation, or source attribution, please use the method described on the Contact (/en/contact/) page to let us know. Confirmed corrections are reflected in the document’s updated date and document version.
