Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-09-22
About the Service
Flowyric (the "Service") is a free web simulation for choosing flowers, making bouquets, and viewing and sharing the results. The basic features for making, viewing, and sharing bouquets are available without signing up.
The Service does not currently offer actual flower-shop orders or reservations. Before an order service begins, the Service will separately announce the actual order terms, including information handling, storage, deletion, payment, and refunds.
Conditions of use
The Service may be used freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Conduct that interferes with its operation — automated excessive requests, exploitation of vulnerabilities, and the like — is prohibited.
Content and intellectual property
Please do not reproduce or commercially use the Service's name and logo, screen design, or body text without permission.
Third-party fonts and open-source components included in the Service are each subject to their respective licenses. Their sources and licenses are listed on the Credits and Licenses page.
Some flower and wrapping-paper image assets made by the operator are based on results generated by an AI image model using text prompts only, without external reference-image inputs. AI final images may also be generated by an AI image model. Bouquet illustrations shown without a generated image also include vector-drawn wrapping elements. We do not guarantee exclusive rights in AI-based images or that they do not infringe others' rights; similar outputs may be created elsewhere.
The Service provides features for users to save bouquet images they create and share gift cards.
User content
You are responsible for the messages you write on gift cards. Content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others is prohibited.
AI-generated content
When you press “Finish bouquet,” AI may create a beautiful message, bouquet notes, and a final image. If a final image for the same composition has already been stored, the existing image may be shown; if no image is generated, a bouquet illustration combining flower image assets and vector-drawn wrapping elements is displayed. The accuracy and suitability of AI-generated text and images are not guaranteed; they are content for enjoyment and may differ from the appearance of real flowers or from botanical fact.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and may be changed or discontinued without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.
