Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-07-18
Overview
Flowyric (the "Service") is a free web service for making bouquets in your browser. The Service is used without sign-up or login, and it does not collect personal information that identifies you, such as your name, contact details, or account information.
This policy explains the minimal information the Service processes automatically, and the purposes it serves. For inquiries, please write to [email protected].
Information collected automatically
To operate the Service and monitor security, the server keeps access logs (IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time). Access logs are used only for incident response and abuse prevention, and are deleted once the period needed for operations has passed.
The Service is delivered through Cloudflare's CDN. In the course of routing traffic, Cloudflare processes connection information such as IP addresses, to which Cloudflare's privacy policy applies.
Information stored in your browser
Your language and region settings and the bouquet composition you are working on are stored in your browser's localStorage, and the cache of finished images in IndexedDB. This information stays on your device only and is not sent to the server.
You can delete it yourself at any time using your browser's site-data controls.
AI generation and data transfer
When you press Finish, your bouquet composition data (flower kinds, quantities, wrapping paper, theme, and language) is sent via the Service's server to the Google Gemini API to generate the finished image and message. This data contains no personal information, and Google's API data-handling policies apply to it.
Storage of generated images
Generated finished images are stored in the operator's Google Drive storage, keyed by composition, so that the same composition does not have to be regenerated. Neither the images nor the keys contain information that could identify you.
Shared cards
When you create a gift card, its contents (bouquet composition, the generated message, any message you write yourself, and language) are stored on the server, and anyone with the link can view the card. We recommend not including personal information in your message.
To have a stored card deleted, send a request to [email protected] along with the card's link.
Anonymous usage statistics
The Service compiles anonymous visit statistics using Umami, a self-hosted open-source tool. This covers the pages viewed, how you arrived (search, direct visit, or a link), device type, country-level region, and anonymous usage events such as completing or sharing a bouquet. This data does not identify any individual.
These statistics use no cookies and store no identifier in your browser, and IP addresses are anonymized rather than kept in their original form. The collected data is stored only on the operator's own server and is not shared with any third-party advertising or analytics provider.
Flower shop orders
When you place an order on a flower shop (market) page, we collect the recipient name and phone number you enter, along with any preferred pickup time and note. This is used only for the shop to confirm, contact you, and prepare the order, and is visible only to that shop and the operator.
Order information is kept as a basis for order handling and sales statistics, and is not shared with third parties. To have it deleted, please ask the shop you ordered from.
Cookies and advertising
The Service currently uses no cookies of its own.
If Google AdSense advertising is introduced in the future, Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve personalized ads based on your browsing history. You can opt out of personalized ads in Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), and we will update this policy to give notice when advertising is introduced.
Processing abroad
Some information may be processed abroad through the global infrastructure of Google (in the United States and elsewhere) and Cloudflare, as described above.
Your rights
You may request access to, or deletion of, information stored on the server (such as shared cards) at [email protected]. Information stored in your browser can be deleted by you directly.
The Service is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
